CAPA Services was born from the desire to improve the quality of life for their clients by removing the stress and frustration of the dealing with Centrelink by acting as the ‘go-between'.
CAPA Services is the brainchild of Narelle & Barrie Cooper – a dynamic team with over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the finance industry.

Narelle has spent many years working behind the scenes with her partner in a finance-related businesses.
Narelle found that liaising with Centrelink became an integral part of her working life.
While many would find this frustrating, Narelle enjoyed the challenge!
BUT more importantly Narelle loved being able to find solutions to help people navigate the sometimes confusing processes that are Centrelink.

Technical Director
Barrie has been involved in the financial industry for over 35 years – having worked as a Certified Financial Planner.
Barrie's wealth of knowledge and experience, (some may call wisdom), and a desire to help simplify the process is a boon for those who need to engage with Centrelink on an ongoing basis.

Communications Officer
Jodie is the friendly voice and steady hand behind our communications. She manages Centrelink correspondence, answers client calls, and takes on the essential admin tasks with enthusiasm and cheer. With the incredible achievement of raising and homeschooling four children, Jodie has honed exceptional multitasking skills. She brings a gentle, friendly, and helpful personality to everything she does, making clients and colleagues alike feel supported.

Age Pension Specialist
Jo has been part of CAPA for over two years and is now our trusted Age Pension Specialist. With a background spanning a variety of fields, she brings strong administrative skills, adaptability, and a natural ability to connect with clients. Professional, reliable, and highly experienced, Jo approaches Centrelink with the tenacity needed to cut through the red tape and achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Administration Assistant
Sienna supports our Ongoing Support Program, ensuring clients’ Centrelink records are accurate and up to date. Balancing her part-time role with full-time university studies in midwifery, she brings exceptional computer and administration skills to the team. We value Sienna’s quiet confidence and the positive energy she brings to the office.
